Exterior House Painting
When painting the exterior of a home Red River Painting will:
- Remove objects that need protection; furniture, downspouts, shutters, lights etc.

Prep work – Very important
- Hand sand and/or power sand all areas to be painted or stained
- Tank wash or power wash, allow to dry
- Seal knots, caulk open seams, wood fill any holes
- The owner is notified if any carpentry in necessary due to rot
- Bare wood is primed
- Finish coat applied based on the look desired by the customer
- When painting/staining is complete, area is cleaned and all objects are returned to original placement
